North Vancouver RCMP are asking the public for help locating 31 year old Brynn Campbell, according to a North Vancouver RCMP news release.
She was last seen around 9:05 p.m. on Sept. 20 leaving Lions Gate Hospital in North Vancouver.
She is described as a Caucasian woman about 5 feet 10 inches tall with dark brown hair and a half sleeve tattoo on her left forearm. She was wearing a blue hospital gown, black pants, and no socks or shoes.
Police and her family are concerned for her well being, the release says.
Anyone who has seen Brynn is asked to call North Vancouver RCMP at 604-985-1311 and quote file number 2026-20084.
