BC Ferries cancel several sailings

Once sailings resume, customers will be loaded on a standby basis in their order of arrival at the terminal, after customers with reservations for the scheduled sailing.


BC Ferries has cancelled several sailings due to the heavy rain and strong winds. Here are the cancelled sailings.

Tsawwassen – Duke Point

10:15 am departing Duke Point

All customers with reservations on cancelled sailings will be advised by email that their booking is cancelled. Reservations that are cancelled will have their reservation fees fully refunded.

“The safety of our passengers and crew is of primary importance to us. We don’t take the decision to cancel sailings lightly, as we know customers rely on us to get to their destinations. We will resume service as soon as it is safe to do so,” BC Ferries said.
