An applicant-hosted open house will be held tonight, September 23, on a preliminary proposal to build 11 townhouses at 3033 and 3055 Marine Drive in West Vancouver.
The proposal would replace a single-family building and accessory structures with three townhouse buildings: two containing four homes each and one containing three. Vehicles would enter from Marine Drive, according to the District of West Vancouver’s project page.
The drop-in meeting runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the second-floor Arts Studio at the West Vancouver Community Centre, 2121 Marine Drive. There will be no formal presentation. The applicant is hosting the meeting; it is not a District-led event.
The proposal is still at a preliminary stage. No formal rezoning application has been submitted. If one is filed, the District says the application process will require further public consultation.
